    I am an International Customer, can I purchase from you?

    Yes, we have expanded our international sales business. If your country imposes high tax rates on imported goods, we can negotiate in the Proforma Invoice.

    I received a Proforma Invoice, how can I place the order?

    If you need a credit card or other payment method, we have Alibaba's transaction credit protection orders. Alternatively, you can use international wire transfer, which may take 3-7 business days to securely deposit into our account. Once payment is received, we will follow the standard international order process for processing.

    When is my order going to ship? What is my tracking number?

    Are all of your products new?

    Yes, we offer both brand new and original equipment and tools. But in international orders: due to transportation restrictions in China, sometimes we may remove replaceable batteries (AA or AAA batteries) from the device. Customs in various countries may also open packages to inspect prohibited items.

    We offer free ground transportation for orders over $50 to Chinese addresses.
    For international orders: We use air freight express delivery.
    Usually: UPS, DHL, Fedex, SF shipping companies.

    The package will arrive in most countries within 5-17 days, and for heavy packages, we will indicate the shipping time in the Proforma invoice.

    EXW: We will deliver the package to your address in China, or you can pick it up from our office using your own shipping company.
